Allstar Weekend Set To Premiere "Blame It On September" Video!

Allstar Weekend (Michael Martinez, Cameron Quiseng and Zach Porter), will premiere their new video for “Blame It On September” this Friday, September 23 at 6am EST/3am PST on VEVO , the world’s leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform. Fans can watch the video on VEVO.com, VEVO’s mobile apps, and anywhere VEVO powers music video, including YouTube. The video was shot in Toronto during the band’s tour with Selena Gomez & The Scene. Said lead singer Zach Porter, “The song is about the transitions the month of September brings, whether it’s the end of a summer romance, going off to college and moving away from friends, or even parents sending their kids off to school.” The video concept closely mirrors the true story of the song, with Porter experiencing a summer romance that comes to an end when his crush goes away to school. Directed by Colin Minihan, the video features some special animation effects.

The video premiere comes just before Allstar Weekend release their second full length album, All The Way, in stores and for download on iTunes on September 27. They’ll be performing “Blame It On September” on Good Morning America on September 27 and on Live! With Regis & Kelly September 28. They also have an in-store at FYE (Store # 556) in the Paramus, NJ Mall on September 28 at 6 PM. On Friday, September 30, Allstar Weekend will have their record release show at Chain Reaction in Anaheim. The show sold out in minutes. The week rounds out with an appearance by Allstar Weekend on MTV’s “Ten On Top” on Saturday, October 1 at 11:30 AM.
