Entering its tenth year, The Princess Project promotes self confidence and individual beauty by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school girls who cannot otherwise afford them. The organization celebrates bodies of all types and sizes and strives to create a fun, respectful atmosphere where attendees can feel good about themselves. Since The Princess Project began in 2002, over 15,000 girls have received dresses and accessories through Princess Project giveaway events. In 2011, The Princess Project will serve over 4,000 California girls through spring giveaway events in the San Francisco Area, Silicon Valley, and San Diego. You can donate to The Princess Project by sending your gently used and current formal dresses to Princess Project, c/o Team Worldwide, 405 Eccles Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 92080.
